First known cause is Numbness Pinched Nerve Symptoms

There are certain known pinched nerve symptoms. One symptom is numbness which is characterized by a loss of feeling or most commonly sensation. You may feel your hands or legs numb. Numbness could even be felt on your right thigh which needs attention. This part of the body which feels the numbness is also the area being supplied by the pinched nerve. You will feel a sharp pain causing it to radiate in an upward direction. You would also feel an extremely severe pain when you sneeze or cough if the pinched nerve is originating from your spinal cord.

Paresthesias refers to some nerve sensations which are abnormal. It could be manifested as pins and needles, burning sensations, or some prickling. When this occurs, you should call the doctor right away to make sure that any untoward damage to your body is prevented. There are times that the paresthesias would often come and just go. This phenomenon is called transient paresthesias. Most of the time, the pressure that is exerting on the nerve disappears in a gradual manner. Eventually the pressure is released and the patient comes back to normal condition. This is at times monitored for usual tendencies show that the feeling would return.

Entrapment in Pinched Nerve Symptoms

In this condition, the nerve that passes through very narrow spaces have been pressed upon to caused its functions to be disabled. The most known condition to resemble this kind of symptom is in the carpal tunnel. Our brain transmits information through sensory receptors as soon as it receives a stimulus. There is a path in the upper and lower extremities where the nerve travels. What happens is that the said nerves are entrapped causing the different regions in the extremities to be compressed. These conditions are critical that is why it is a good practice to keep connected with a physician in order that you can contact him as soon as you experience a pinched nerve symptom.
